Mix it Monthly - July Theme

Beach - inspired colors and themes:

blue - violet - sand

birds

wood

and a favorite song- "You can go your own way..."

Here is my entry so far (work in progress???)

I painted this bird on a piece of left over wood (2x4,5x30 cm) with my dry pastels and some water. I quite like the effect, but am not sure if it is finished... :-)
The photos are not the best, sorry for that, but the size and form makes it a bit difficult to take good photos.

Thank you Conny for the Mix it Monthly challenge! I think you really have some great and inspirational ideas for us to play with!
I'm looking forward to new challenges!

cornflower and candlestick

The lines seem a bit curved, that's because the cardboard is not even.
I used acrylic, pastel chalk and pencils for this drawing of a section of my kitchen windowsill.

Collage and birds

Billedtavle og collage
Nye collager er kommet til.

Opgaven lyder denne gang på tegning af fugle samle en billedtavle med fugle og at lave to collager. Her er foreløbigt mine to collager og billedtavlen.

Below there are a few drawings and paintings of birds, using pastels, aquarel  and ink pen. Og så skal der også lige vises nogle skitser og andre former for gengivelse af fugle.

Camera-redraw

My nephew is experimenting with photography, so I found two cameras for him for his 30. birthday.
As an addition I made a drawing with different pencils and chalks.
Here is the result. The photos are taken at the party, where the light was low. But I think you can get an impression of the work.
